Two Sisters

Two Sisters is a new opera in three acts with English and Arabic libretto, set on a Middle Eastern border. Two Sisters explores important current themes - looking radically at our lives and how we live them; the choice to stay or go; what human resilience looks like; and the bond between women. 

 

The opera has just completed its Britten Pears residency, with a week of valuable R&D to test the graphic score and improvisational communication.
