Perfume

Written in 2019 based on libretto by Kamal Kaan, Perfume is an opera about the journey of self-discovery of a muslim gay man at the perfume kiosk in Broadway Shopping Centre, Bradford. Commissioned by Freedom Studios, it was first performed in its workshopped form on 3rd December 2019 and future phases will see it performed "on location" in the shopping centre.
